Week 31 – My Dad, brother, and I head to Dodger Stadium, located in the Elysian Park area of the Chavez Ravine in Downtown Los Angeles. The LA Dodgers were playing the visiting Pittsburgh Pirates. We sat in the right field outfield stands, where it was the Coca-Cola sponsored “All You Can Eat Pavilion”, featuring unlimited Dodger dogs, popcorn, peanuts, nacho chips, and soft drinks. After the movie, fans were invited to stay and watch a showing of the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off”, and the fans in the outfield were allowed to come onto the actual playing field to watch the movie from there.
